Ok I’m week four and a half and couple of days ago dude at the gym called me The Beast. I’m looking and feeling amazing. You’ll think I’m BS but seriously I went right up from 35pb dumbbell flies to 55 no problem. Best exercise is one of my own making I’ll share but should charge minimum$millions. Ten flat bench flies at about 85% max, no resr and keep moving doing ten regular dumbbell presses keep moving no rest both dumbbells ten pulloverswhile crunching knees meeting weights then fully extended legs and arms below head no rest drop one dumbbell and do ten close presses.
It’s a killer and I promise you chest back arms abs all without a break. Three or four sets WOW.
So I got sidetracked there thinking about getting back to it this morning no seriously the service was excellent it was here within a week the product is supreme I couldn’t be happier I’m sending them some business I just hope my buddies remember to mention me so yeah I’m happy as two clams
